History

Bryan Haggard Land Group was formed in 2020 by Rodney Haggard and Josh Bryan to assist land owners, investors, and developers with real estate transactions in Dallas Fort Worth. Rodney and Josh are part of the Haggard family, which has a history in North Texas dating back to 1856 when Clinton Shephard Haggard and his father, John Haggard, migrated from Kentucky to Plano. The family has been involved in real estate acquisitions, dispositions, development, and investment strategies since 1984 through their company, Fairview Farm Land Company. The original homestead, "Acres of Sunshine," is still owned by the Haggard family, and Fairview Farm is still operated by Rodney Haggard and Janna Bryan. The family's history is rooted in the farmland of Plano, which has a history dating back over 160 years.
