The site, which was purchased for a mixed use development by Lennar, the nation’s second largest homebuilder, represents a significant development milestone for the region.
The property, located off FM 2931, has been in the Seller’s family for the better part of a century. This historic sale was brokered by Josh Bryan, partner at Bryan Haggard Land Group, who worked closely with the Loyd family and his listing partners Tonya Peek and Lori Clark from Coldwell Banker to market the property.
